Cash App Dispute: A Brief Overview
Cash App Dispute are disagreements between two parties over a transaction that has taken place on the app. They can occur for a variety of reasons, such as sending money to the wrong person, not receiving goods or services after paying for them, receiving defective or damaged goods, or unauthorized transactions. To file a Cash App dispute, follow these steps:
- Open the Cash App and tap on the Activity tab.
- Locate the transaction that you want to dispute and tap on it.
- In the top right corner of the screen, tap on the ••• icon.
- Select Dispute this Transaction.
- Follow the instructions to complete the dispute process. Cash App will investigate your dispute and typically make a decision within 10-15 business days. If your dispute is approved, you will be refunded the money that you lost.
