Fixing iOS clipping, keyboard issues.

- Make sure that on iOS the clipping setting is always forced to be
  enabled.
- Hide the showKeyboard button unless connected.
- Use the URL text entry method and disable autocorrect and
  autocapitalize in the show keyboard input box.
