passes all encodings except corre (broken) and zrle (not yet implemented
in libvncclient)

libvncclient is not yet reentrant (or threadsafe).

fixed maxRectsPerUpdate with Tight encoding bug; some autoconfing; stderr should not be used in a library (use rfbLog instead)
