rfbDoCopyRect/Region and rfbScheduleCopyRect/Region.

flag backgroundLoop in rfbScreenInfo
rfbCopyRect & rfbCopyRegion (really copies rectangle in frameBuffer)
added flag to optionally not send XCursor updates.
fixed java viewer on server side:
SendCursorUpdate would send data even before the client pixel format
