The OCI image is a capture of a virtualenv: whatever has fallen out of the venv is gone from every install that pulls the image, and nothing in the build log says so. `gguf` left this venv at some point, and the rebuild duly shipped without it -- which breaks every GGUF component load with Unable to load weights from checkpoint file for '<file>.gguf' because diffusers takes the .gguf branch, fails to `import gguf`, and that ImportError is swallowed into a generic OSError about the file. Nothing in the message mentions a package. The baseline is the PREVIOUS IMAGE, not requirements.txt. That file lists optional extras this venv has never had -- vosk, timm, edge-tts and ten more -- so checking against it reports thirteen false alarms and teaches everyone to pass --no-req-check. What the last image shipped is what this install has today, and losing any of it is a regression by definition.
