tts-xtts: coqui-tts needs click, which it does not declare

The venv built and then failed its import check with ModuleNotFoundError.
Verified the whole spec in a throwaway container first this time: with click,
'from TTS.api import TTS' works on torch 2.5.1+cu124 with transformers 4.46.3 —
the stack this image exists to provide.

# coqui-tts imports click at module load but does not declare it, so the venv
# installs cleanly and then fails its import check. Found by iterating the venv
# in a container — two minutes — rather than one image build per missing module,
# which is what the audiocraft venv cost before that lesson took.
