+# PayPal Vault v3 Integration - Complete Setup Guide

+## Overview

+This guide covers the complete setup for PayPal Vault v3 API integration, which allows you to save payment methods and charge them off-session (without user presence) for subscriptions and auto top-ups.

+**Key Benefit:** No "Reference Transactions" permission required from PayPal!
+

+## 1. PayPal Developer Dashboard Configuration
+
+### A. Sandbox Setup (for testing)
+
+1. **Go to:** https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/
+2. **Navigate to:** Apps & Credentials → **Sandbox**
+3. **Create or select your app**
+4. **Verify these features are enabled:**
+   - ✅ Accept payments
+   - ✅ Vault (Payment Method Tokens)
+   - ✅ Orders v2
+   - ✅ Payment Method Tokens v3
+
+5. **Copy your credentials:**
+   - Client ID
