MM-Embed is served out of a venv pinned to the transformers generation its
remote code was written for (4.42.4, on python 3.12), beside jina-clip-v2's
4.49.0 one. The interpreter-provisioning ladder is shared with the lip-sync
engines rather than duplicated.
