runpod: all nine capability images build

voice needed build-essential: f5-tts/seed-vc pull webrtcvad, a C
extension with no cp312 wheel. Same purged-in-one-layer mechanism audio
uses for its Rust toolchain.

All nine built and healthy (each answers /healthz):
  ocr 6.93  embeddings 7.26  audio 7.31  faceswap 7.57
  tts 7.61  stt 7.63  images 7.74  video 7.83  voice 8.33  (GB)

They share the core layer, so the disk and push cost is one core plus
nine small deltas, not nine whole images.
