The repo root accumulates `coderai-base-<date>.tar.gz` docker-save exports (~13 GB
each, 79 GB today) plus LoRA `checkpoints/`, none of which .dockerignore excluded —
every image build shipped them to the daemon as build context. Also excludes the
character studio's local output dir.
