+StagfS is a very simple and dirty FUSE based file system implementing a very dirty but functional tagging system overlay 
+meant to work on linux with fusepy and windows using winfsp + winfspy + fusepy. While it SHOULD works on any other unix and unix like
+where FUSE is available like at least, only those 2 OSs are tested, sorry OSX users, i don't own/use/care about any Apple product.
